Prices Translation prices vary depending on the complexity of your document. The estimate given on the quick quote page is based on the information you have given us. We will provide you with a firm quotation once we have examined your document. We will not proceed with the translation work until you have received a firm quotation and agreed the price. If you pay the estimated price given on the quick quote page and the final price is the same we will consider your payment to be your agreement on the price. If you have paid the estimated price but the final price is higher you may decide either to pay the supplement or not to proceed. If you decide not to proceed we will refund the estimated price that you paid. Delivery times We will make every effort to deliver your translation within the estimated time frame that we have given you. If for any reason we are unable to meet the deadline you will be informed of the reason and the likely delay. No compensation will be given for delays in delivery but if for any reason we are unable to complete and deliver a translation we will refund the amount that you have paid for that translation. No other forms of compensation will be considered. Deliverables Any complaints about the translation must be sent to us in writing within five (5) days of receiving the translation. Problems with the translation will be resolved by supplying a replacement for the contested part of the translation. No other forms of compensation will be considered. Confidentiality All documents you send to us for quotations or translation will be treated as confidential.
