Our consultants have undertaken DMS implementation projects. Recent work includes the following:
- Attend DMS conferences and review industry publications for systems available.
- Gather system requirements from client in order of importance.
- Select ten DMS for review.
- Prepare presentation on DMS systems selected for client.
- Prepare final set of guidelines on which to judge systems selected for review.
- Present three systems which meet client needs and visit vendors for product demos.
- Propose DMS for implementation.
- Review hardware and system requirements.
- Install DMS at client site.
- Prepare DMS standards and customize system for client storage requirements.
- Publish documents to the DMS from the client library and data center.
- Prepare plan for DMS roll-out throughout the company.
