  • Present three systems which meet client needs and visit vendors for product demos.
  • Propose DMS for implementation.
  • Review hardware and system requirements.
  • Install DMS at client site.
  • Prepare DMS standards and customize system for client storage requirements.
  • Publish documents to the DMS from the client library and data center.
  • Prepare plan for DMS roll-out throughout the company.
